The controller of the data you leave on this website is the production agency 24K CLUB (the “agency”, “we”).

This policy explains what we receive through the site, why we need it, how we protect it and how you can control it. By using the site and submitting an application you confirm that you have read this document.

We receive only what you choose to share, plus a minimal set of technical data:

• application answers: name or alias, age, country and city, experience, details and cooperation preferences;
• a contact for follow-up — your Telegram username;
• confirmation that you are 18+ and, for the model application, any photos you choose to upload for verification;
• technical visit metadata: interface language, device and browser type, an anonymised IP address in security logs.

Essential system cookies and your browser's local storage remember the chosen language, your application draft and your cookie choice. The site cannot work properly without them, so they are always on.

Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful. We enable them only after you consent in the banner or in “Cookie settings”, and we use no advertising trackers. You can change your choice at any time via the link at the bottom of the site.

We process data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in running the site securely — solely to:

• review your application and find the right format of cooperation;
• contact you on Telegram or by e-mail about your application;
• protect the site and applications from spam, forgery and abuse.

Applications are delivered to authorised agency managers through the secure Telegram Bot API gateway; the site and its storage run on Vercel's cloud infrastructure. These providers process data only as technical intermediaries.

We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing. Disclosure happens only where the law requires it.

Every connection to the site is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Only the agency's management and HR can access applications, and everyone with access is bound by an NDA.

Applications are kept for as long as needed to review them and for any cooperation that follows. Applications that did not lead to cooperation are deleted on request or once they are no longer relevant.

You may request access to your data or its correction, withdraw consent or ask for your application to be deleted entirely. Write to contact@agency24k.com or to the agency's management on Telegram, quoting your application number, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

The site and cooperation with the agency are strictly for persons over 18. We do not accept applications from minors, and any such data we discover is deleted immediately.

We may update this document when the site or the law changes. The current edition is always published on this page, with its date shown at the top.
